Over 50 years of loyal service to the town of Hartland, NY! Hartland, located in beautiful Niagara County, was founded by Zebulon Barnum, Isaac Southwell, and John Morrison in 1803. In 1963, "Big" Al Jessep started the Hartland Express with money out of his own pocket. The Express began in his cellar where Jessep owned his own printing press and, with a dream and a few pennies, created today what we know as the Hartland Herald!
